The breakfast had a good variety to choose from and the staff were pleasant. The room had a decent size and the Wi-Fi signal was good. The location is great, as it is close to the main square and other key attractions. We enjoyed the charming atmosphere of the hotel.
The hot water was not available during our stay and the beds were quite uncomfortable. the noise levels were quite high, and the cleanliness of the table could have been better.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel right on the Plaza. The hotel's location is perfect as it is right in the middle of the bustling market. We loved the cafes nearby and the breakfast was decent with Andean flatbreads, fresh orange juice, and coffee. The man working at the hotel was very helpful when our pre-booked taxi did not arrive and he helped us with our luggage to the moto rank.
Could not be improved in any way.
